A Message from our Director

Our company aims to contribute to business and the world at large by supporting a global workforce.
I studied abroad from the age of 15, graduating high school then studying Organisational Psychology at Macquarie University. As a Japanese person in a foreign land, I also experienced many hardships along the way.
After returning to Japan, at the age of 23 I started a restaurant business in Tokyo. I then moved into providing consultation and interior design services to similar businesses. I noticed at that time that my clients often felt there was an overall lack of human resources. So, I started to supervise apprentice groups and to date I have supervised over 600 technical interns.
From April 2019, thanks to a new visa category “Tokutei Ginou”, or Specified Skills Visa, foreigners can now work in the hospitality industry in Japan more easily than ever before. My personal goal is to protect the labor environment of foreign workers, whilst supporting a productive relationship between companies and foreign personnel, and ultimately play my part in spreading Japan’s omotenashi “hospitality” culture to the world.
